Ballet Victoria was founded in December 2002, and since then has performed many new and classical ballets. We aim to be an innovative and sustainable ballet company that Victoria can call its own. Our mission is to present new works, classical repertoire, and children’s ballets that contribute to the local and national dance community. We try to attract, develop and maintain the highest quality artists in dance, choreography, music, design and new media disciplines. Our goal is to bring ballet into the hearts and minds of a growing public and educate young audiences to love and appreciate dance through lectures, master classes, student matinées and outreach programs.
