This unique class introduces students to gymnastics skills that complement their dance training. Students will increase flexibility and strength, and improve their balance and co-ordination as they learn fun moves such as pivots, front rolls, log rolls, and cartwheels.
Bare feet, form-fitting clothing (i.e. tank top or leotard with shorts, leggings or footless tights)
Class time(s): Saturday from 2:30 – 3:30 pm
