Born in Japan, Itsuki started her training in Yarita Yu Ballet Studio. She then trained on scholarship in the USA with Joffrey Ballet Academy and San Francisco Ballet School before going to Europe and studying at the State Ballet School Berlin. She eventually graduated from the New National Theatre Ballet School in Japan and completed the Architanz Training Program in 2023. She joined Ballet Victoria for the 2024- 25 season as an apprentice.
