Eléna Fuerbringer - Dancer

Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Eléna Fuerbringer started her dance training at the age of three. In 2012 she joined Alberta Ballet School’s professional division where she studied under the direction of Mr. Murray Kilgour. At 11, Eléna moved to Vancouver, BC, where she joined the Dance Effect studio, owned and directed by Nathalie Heath, a former finalist in So You Think You Can Dance Canada. There she studied extensively in ballet, contemporary, jazz, musical theatre, and acrobatics, making it to provincial competitions on multiple occasions. In 2017 Eléna moved to Vancouver Island and joined Ballet Victoria Conservatory’s Intensive division and then, at the age of 15, was the first student to join their junior aspirant program. After graduating in 2021 Eléna was accepted into Ballet Victoria’s Aspirant program where she’s trained for the past two years. So far Eléna has performed professional roles in 14 different productions, joining the company for tours and events around BC. Eléna is excited to start her first season as an apprentice with Ballet Victoria.
