Anya has been passionate about dance for as long as she can remember, embracing it as an integral part of who she is. Born and raised in Victoria, British Columbia, she began her training at Allegro Performing Arts Centre, where she developed a strong technical foundation as a multidisciplinary dancer. Alongside her training at Allegro, Anya performed with Ballet Étoile, progressing from Junior Dancer to Soloist. Anya’s desire to pursue further professional training led her to Alberta Ballet’s Post-Graduate Professional Training Program. Following her graduation, Anya returned home to Victoria to continue her professional career with Ballet Victoria as an Aspirant.
