Isabelle Jutras - Dancer
Born in Québec, Isabelle Jutras trained with various teachers across Canada and the United States in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and musical theatre. Wanting to focus on ballet, Isabelle became a member of the Goh Ballet Youth Company in Vancouver, BC, where she performed and toured various outreach programs. Her repertoire included soloist roles in productions such as The Nutcracker, La Bayadere, and Paquita. Since joining Ballet Victoria in 2019, some of her highlighted roles include Bolero, a pas de deux set to Ravel’s renowned music, and other soloist and principal roles, notably in The Gift of the Nutcracker, Dracula, and Princess Jasmine in Aladin. Isabelle is looking forward to her eighth season with Ballet Victoria and teaching with the Ballet Victoria Conservatory.
